How our home is run
Our Registered Manager who is also our General Manager oversees all the general running of the home. We also have a Care Manager who oversees the clinical care given to all our residents. The majority of our care assistants have or are working towards an NVQ qualification and we are proud to say that we have carers who are ’Dignity Champions’. These carers are committed to improving the quality of service provided and aim to create a caring environment with compassion and respect for our residents. We also employ a Director of Training & Operations who manages regular staff training and development ensuring all our staff gain the correct skills to enable them to carry out their job to the best of their ability.
Our catering staff provide a nutritious and varied menu for our residents and we have been awarded a 5* rating with East Lindsey District Council.
The home has been awarded 3* ‘Excellent’ by Lincolnshire Social Services for the services we provide.
As this is a decision not to be taken lightly, trial visits can be arranged to sample ‘home life’ which will hopefully make the choice easier and less stressful for all parties concerned. Please speak to our General Manager or Care Manager for details.
